Eclectic rock influences including the Beatles, Van Morrison, and Ben Harper provide the springboard for Jeremy's melodic acoustic sound. His songs slip in and out of genre's from Folk to Emo to Rock to Reggae. Jeremy has written over 100 songs, 3 rock operas, and has performed in front of hundreds of audiences across the country.

Currently he lives in San Diego where he has played at venues including the Xen Hooka Bar, at Hennessey's in downtown San Diego, and Speaker's Corner. In early 2004 Jeremy released his album “Standing At The Edge” and shortly afterward it was reviewed in the San Diego reader.

“The singer/songwriter's five-song EP is branded with the kind of melodic restlessness in the same vein as John Mayer and Jason Mraz…The folksy “Standing at the Edge” is a strong opener, with Geltman's high, emotional voice at the foreground of a buoyant acoustic ballad...It's a solid hit with the last two cuts (“Can You Feel it Now” and “Everywhere I Go”)…Geltman's guitar solos are always creative, though the arrangements themselves are enough to hook some interest.”

In June of the same year Jeremy was selected to perform at 102.1 KPRI's battle of the bands where he had received airplay, a radio interview, and performed at Belmont Park in mission beach.

“Jeremy Geltman has already accomplished what many artists struggle with …Jeremy can write songs... and he's an engaging guy who's not afraid to take chances…”

In October of 2005 Jeremy received a third place award by the San Diego's Singer/Songwriter Guild in their annual contest for “Blackened Brew.” This contest was presided over by several industry judges including Bob Hughes, owner of San Diego's KPRI radio station.

In July of 2006 Jeremy was contacted by the social networking website SMS.ac to be one of only 100 artists to be part of their new product launch for their version of iTunes. SMS.ac has over 50 million users worldwide and Jeremy will be the only artist representing the singer/songwriter genre.
